Chuck Wagon is probably the most exciting purchase we have made since getting into the longhorn business. This bull, who sports a 65.75” tip to tip measurement and has 86.75” of total horn, has one of the most respected pedigrees in the breed. His sire, Dixie Thunder, is a big horned son of Emperor out of Blackie Graves’ well known cow, Delta Society. Chuck Wagon’s dam, Tari Graves, is one of the giants of the longhorn industry. She hit 70” tip to tip while still a five year old, and she has gone on to reach the mid seventies. She is the matriarch of one of El Coyote Ranch’s featured foundation lines. We bought Chuck Wagon because we were so pleased with development of one of his heifers which we own. Virtually every breeder whom we respect in the industry has told us that Chuck Wagon is one of the very elite bulls in the industry and one whose progeny we will be proud of for years to come. | |
